FDMWA series of new friction threshing machine

Our FDMWA series new type wheat scourer is mainly used for the cleaning process of wheat surface treatment in flour mills. It can remove the soil, wheat hair and other impurities in the ventral groove on the surface of the wheat grains.

It can remove mud and diseased and degenerated kernels with poor strength are smashed. The separated and crushed marl and fine impurities are separated through the holes of the screen cylinder and discharged through the ash outlet.

Our FDMWA series new type wheat scourer is composed of frame, machine body, material inlet, air suction, screen cylinder, rotor, transmission, ash outlet, inspection door, etc.

l The rotor is dynamically balanced and compensated; running more stable ;

l Reasonably select the arrangement density and helix angle of the beating boards, so that the beating effect of the wheat scourer is good and the breakage rate is low;

l Appropriately increasing the diameter of the screen cylinder overcomes the phenomenon of machine blockage;

l Improved bearing lubrication and sealing structure, reducing power consumption and noise;

l The surface heat treatment of the rotor plate prolongs the service life;

l The tooth plate of the screen drum is changed from ordinary gray cast iron to alloy chilled and wear-resistant cast iron, which significantly improves the wear resistance and service life;
